2 Website information and enquiries

Our website provides information about HEWI Africa, our projects and products used in cooling towers, wastewater treatment, rainwater management and agricultural applications. You can use it to review products, access available brochures and contact us about your requirements.

Product listings and downloadable information are provided for general reference. They are not a quotation or an offer that you can accept by browsing the website. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or create a supply contract. Any purchase is subject to the quotation, order acceptance and sales terms agreed for that transaction.

3 Technical information and product suitability

Product selection depends on the requirements of each installation. Please confirm current specifications, dimensions, materials, availability and suitability with HEWI Africa before ordering or relying on a product for a particular project.

Brochures, images, descriptions and project examples do not replace an assessment by an appropriately qualified professional. Performance in one installation does not guarantee the same result in another. We may update website information as products and technical information change. Any change to an accepted order is governed by the terms of that order.

4 Ownership and permitted use

Website text, photographs, logos, designs and downloadable materials belong to HEWI Africa or the relevant rights holders, including manufacturers whose materials appear on the site.

You may view the website and download materials made available for that purpose for your own information and internal project evaluation. Keep ownership notices intact and observe any separate licence terms. Other copying, republication, alteration, resale or commercial distribution requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where the law permits it. Access to the website does not grant a licence to use any trade mark.
